Founder-led podcast
A founder-led podcast is a show hosted by a company's founder or CEO, using their voice and authority as the show's core asset. It trades on the fact that senior guests accept invitations from peers at far higher rates than from marketing departments.
Why it matters
For early-stage B2B companies the founder is usually the best salesperson and the only credible host, and an hour of founder time per interview is one of the few founder activities that produces a meeting, an asset, and a relationship simultaneously. The risk is key-person dependency: the show's pipeline stops when the founder's calendar does.
