B2B podcasts that generate pipeline and ROI.
Most podcast benchmarks measure downloads. Downloads don't pay for the channel; meetings do. This is the free reference library for podcast-led outbound: the conversion data, tools, and vocabulary for running a show as a revenue channel, not a content project.
18%
of B2B podcast guest invitations become booked interviews
0.16%
of cold emails book a meeting (same list, weaker ask)

Why this library exists
B2B podcasting has plenty of published data about audiences: downloads per episode, follower growth, listen-through rates. It has almost none about conversion: what happens when you treat the guest seat as the outbound channel and invite your exact buyers onto the show. Nobody had published an invite-to-booking benchmark for podcast guest outreach. So we published ours.
ThePod.fm runs this motion for clients every day, which means every stage is tracked in sending and CRM systems: invitations sent, replies, bookings, show rates, interviews, opportunities, pipeline. This hub is that dataset (plus the calculators to model it and the vocabulary to talk about it), published free, with the methodology in the open.
A B2B podcast that produces episodes is a content channel. A B2B podcast that books your buyers as guests is an outbound channel with an 18% booking rate. This library is about the second kind.
Want this run for you?
Everything on this page is the DIY version of how we work. ThePod.fm runs the full motion (guest sourcing, invitations, booking, interviews, follow-up) and gets paid on meetings delivered, not episodes shipped.
